Right of withdrawal (returns & exchanges)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns are at your own risk and the costs for returning are at your own expense, unless it is our mistake. Before returning the product, you must first send an email to info@pieceofsun.com to register the return. You will then receive further instructions.
- Please note: Return costs must be paid by the consumer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return package.
- After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
